This industrial abrasive is available in a 36-grit or 50-grit aluminum oxide on a heavy resin bonded cloth which is perfect for gluing to rod blanks to make extremely durable power reamers or hand reamers. The 25 foot roll will make 2 to 4 reamers. Building instructions included.

I have 5 individual reamers that I have used over time. Starting with the smallest and working my way up to the desired diameter. I order the reamer adhesive and made me one 4 foot section from an old rod. Worked well.

Made my own reamer and it worked out just great,
Great replacement product. Easy to use. I just sprayed lock tight spray adhesive on the reamer and then wrapped the sand paper down the shaft. Let it dry then cut the ends flush. Back in business.
