CRB PRO Power Wrapper Kit

Transform your rod building bench into a complete custom rod shop with the CRB PRO Power Wrapper Kit. Built for hobbyists and professional builders alike, the RBS-PRO system combines power, precision, and versatility in one professional-grade package, giving you the tools and workspace needed to build, wrap, and finish custom rods with greater efficiency and control.

At the heart of the system is the RBS PRO G2 Power Wrapper & Dryer, featuring a variable-speed motor, indexed chuck, and integrated drying motor for handling everything from guide wrapping and decorative thread work to applying and curing finish. The indexed chuck provides 15-degree positioning increments for accurate spiral wraps and decorative layouts, while interchangeable concave and convex teeth securely hold a wide range of rod blanks and mandrels.

The G2 also features a chuck holding-power adjustment set screw located on the backside of the chuck. Using an Allen wrench, builders can make fine adjustments to the chuck's holding power to dial in the grip for different rod blanks and mandrels. This added adjustment gives builders even more control when securing their work.

The kit also includes three CRB-RS Roller Stand Rod Supports for smooth, stable rod support and the RBS-TC2 Two-Spool Rolling Thread Carriage. The carriage glides smoothly along the track while keeping two thread spools organized and under controlled tension. Built-in tool magnets, a tension rod, and guide tray help keep essential tools and thread organized and within easy reach.
