This CRB Decal Roller provides accurate and solid pressure to smooth out any imperfections and aids in bonding the decal to the rod blank. Designed with an ergonomic handle and featuring three separate roller heads, this tool is a must for any dedicated rod builder. Do not just stop at decals, the rollers heads have a heat shrink coating offering the proper mix of grip and non-marking surface for use on thread wraps, abalone and even snakeskin applications.
Rod builders can change out the roller heads with the included Allen key.

This decal roller set is manufactured in-house at our Oviedo, FL facility using an ABS-Like Resin that has improved tensile strength and hardness over industry standard resins, giving rod builders a quality set for an unbeatable price.

Does not roll smoothly. Very stiff. Left rub marks on the decal. Used thread burnishing to to smooth out.
Mine simply would not roll. It skidded across the decal. The rubber coating on the plastic roller began to shed onto the decal. Mine is now in the trash and I purchased a Brayer ink roller off of Amazon. Sorry, I like Mud Hole products but this one was not a winner.
Thought it was a gimmick, until i used it, awesome.
This decal roller works much better than a burnishing tool. A hard plastic burnisher can damage the decal, while this hard rubber roller won't do that. It provides a controlled movement over the decal and makes it easier to be sure you are covering the entire decal. It's extremely well built as well.
This tool is a game changer for adding vynal lettering to my rods.
