Cork Handle Equipment Kit

The Cork Handle Equipment Kit gives custom rod builders the essential tools needed to create custom cork handles and decorative cork inlays without committing to a pre-selected assortment of cork rings. It is essentially the equipment-only version of the Cork Handle Creation Ultimate Kit, making it an ideal choice for builders who already have cork on hand or want the freedom to select their own cork rings, colors, materials, and patterns.

At the center of the kit are four CRB cork slicing and cutting jigs, giving builders the ability to create checkerboard patterns, slices, wedges, and other decorative cork designs. The jigs are designed for accurate, repeatable cuts in standard cork and composite rings, making it easier to build detailed custom grips and accents. 

The kit also includes the CRB Cork Jig Saw and a 12-pack of replacement blades for making precise cuts through cork rings. The superfine Swiss-made blades are designed to produce clean cuts while minimizing material waste, which is especially important when creating smaller decorative pieces and intricate inlay patterns. 

A 1/4" CRB Steel Turning Mandrel is included for mounting and shaping assembled cork handles. The 18-inch oil-hardened steel mandrel features 60-degree tapers and adjustable, removable collars to help secure the handle during turning and sanding. The kit also includes Carpenter's Wood Glue for assembling cork rings before shaping the finished handle.
