Ive wrapped several L904 blanks for jigging fluke inshore. The L904 handles 2 to 5oz jigs nicely (verticle drops not casting) Its plenty of backbone to move the jig but loads nicely for keeping pressure on the fish. Great blanks!!
Review is for MB843 MH / fast. Build includes the American Tackle AERO Spinning Reel Seat, cork grip, American Tackle Deluxe Hook Keeper and the MW25 guide control system. First outing out wade fishing at cat island using live shrimp under cork hooked a 28 inch redfish.The rod snapped almost perfectly in half about when the fish was about eight to ten feet away.
I cut this rod down for a spinning rod for Skipping sencos, and such does a great job
