Got this blank for a micro baitcaster build and it definitely did not disappoint. Built the rod and in the first couple weeks I have caught bass catfish and a couple carp. One being OVER 40 POUNDS. 10/10 would recommend
I am rod builder from Alberta Canada. The V-line 36” walleye hooker is one of my most popular ice rods I make & sell. The colors are fantastic & they are very tought ice blanks as well. Some my customers use these rods for deadsticking or jigging ripping raps and can handle big fish. I’ve personally seen a 48” northern pike caught on this blank built on for a customer and it handle no problem.
