Straight Tapered Cork Split-Grip Fighting Butt

For whatever reason, I didn't realize the butt cap would already be glued to the grip. I'm not real sure why they would even sell it this way, as it will now have to go on from the rear and be arbored up, but even bigger pain, I cannot ream the thing out past the first size that fits. I will have to drill the handle before able to ream to an oversize just to install.

Like I said, my fault for assuming this wasn't already glued together, but why would it be sold that way?

The cork looks nice.
