Lost (in shipping) Rod Replacements

So USPS lost my rod blanks. I contacted Mudhole after a month of waiting and not seeing any status updates for the blanks (the rest of my order shipped like normal). They had my replacement blanks in the mail and I received them shortly after. Can't say enough about Mudhole's CS. I've had question in the past and they've always been extremely helpful. This is why I keep coming back!

Good and bad.

The order process was fine, there was a lot of confusion about discounts offered. Shipping was and still is a problem. USPS lost the order, it was resent using another carrier FedEx. 1st order arrived but now it's been an absolute nightmare trying to return it. The return process has fallen on me which is unacceptable. I haven't had an opportunity to use any of the products sent so I can't review that currently! Staff has been open and willing to help but the process is pathetic!
