My honesty, building on this blanks is by far the best way to go!
This is my favorite rod. I use it for worm fishing. It’s light, super sensitive, and strong. I’ve built 7 or 8 of these and preforms great. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a top of the line rod.
You should be able to stick a bass with this rod blank, great back bone, yet the tip has enough flex and play for casting distance and fish fighting foregiveness. Love the gray paint job, not much glare.
I have rods from 13 Fishing to Megabass, I will say that these blanks are superior so far. I matched it up with the Tsuka 2 carbon handle and by far this is the best set up I've had. For a 7'3 rod it's as lightweight as a 7'0. I'll be building more in the future.
