These Elites have an excellent taper for flipping tungsten or casting average size jigs. You won’t be disappointed

MHX Elite 7’3” Medium Heavy

Surprised that the blank was wavy in the middle and not straighter considering this is a premium blank. Considered sending it back as this build is for a tournament fisherman but was too much os a hassle. Built on the straightest edge which luckily lined up with the spine. Looks OK. Won’t know about the performance until Spring when he tries it out as it is currently -29 with the wind chill.
