Heat Shrink Tubing

Product Details

Crystal clear heat shrink, great for protecting handles during assembly and for show. Also a nice touch for new rods being delivered to customers.

Tubing shrinks up to 50% in diameter but does not change dimension in length so just cut your tubing to the desired length and use any heat gun or blow dryer to shrink around the desired object.

The 2" tubing is excellent for most cork grips and reel seats, while the 3" tubing is excellent for large diameter cork handles or eva or other foam handles.

Handles are for illustration only.

Nice protection.

I actually ordered this by mistake. Nice happy accident. Great for protecting my grips during a build.

Plastic not tubing

This is heat shrink clear plastic likes on mouth wash or over counter meds. It's not heat shrink tubing like the rubberized used on grips and electrical connections. I wouldn't use this on cork with sealer on it. I use cork sealer on my custom cork grips and used this to protect it while I epoxied just to not accidentally drip on a forgrip. It stuck to the cork and made a weird discoloration and pulled some little surface off.

These are great

I bit the bullet and bought a roll of this shrink wrap.
Only problem with it is, I didnt buy it along time ago. works great. simply slip over your butt or handel and put the heat gun to it.
it really helps with marks other things that happen to the handles during builds or handeling during a build.

A Finishing Touch

Great for covering handles to prevent dirt marks or scoffing that may show up prior to rod delivery.

Easy to apply and provides a finished look to your newly built custom rod.
