I use the CRB power wrapper, so don't need these for that - but, they make a great modified CRB stand modification. For resting and smoothly rotating the handle end of the blank while wrapping, etc.
Drill out the two existing holes on the stand with 1/4" bit, use a 1/4-20 bolt and two nuts to give the wheel just enough slack to rotate easily. I have a jam nut on the wheel side. See pics:
