Easy Weave Loom

Easy to use. Does take time to set up. Have only done two weaves so far but looking forward to doing more. I did make the sugar skull from a larger loom that was made following the same idea. Watched DocSki and others on YouTube.

Easy weave loom

This thing is a great idea but built on poor quality. The slits that hold the thread are not cut deep enough to hold the thread. There was an extra piece of plastic glued on to one of the jigs. Foam that holds the thread pulled out (not glued in) the first time I tried to use it after I had recutting all the slits. I was going to build my on from the video I watched on Docski on YouTube. Thought it would be less trouble to just buy these. Got it working now but not as good as what I could have built myself. Build your own you'll be better off

Weave loom

I did not mean to give the loom a five rating I did not want to give it a rating at all. I just wanted to give a opinion that could make it better, As far I’m concerned its still not worth the money I paid for it sorry.

Weave Loom

Terrific idea but a little quality control can help like match up the foam slits with numbers on the board. Some of the slits were not cut enough to hold the thread, had to file down the plastic bridge on the right loom. I looked at thet web sight to see if it had the foam replacements for the board none found. Maybe if it was built a little better and some support for the foam it would worth forty five bucks

Dropped the ball on this one

After being frustrated on a half a dozen attempts at this weaving thing, I figured out that the right loom/jig 31-60 actually had 61 slots/cuts, the left 1-30 had 29. The slots/cuts in the foam didn’t come close to the markings on the loom/jigs. I kind of worked around this, but being new to this I kept thinking I lost track of location etc. I messed up and called sales looking for replacement foam to get back on track. The associate in sales didn’t know too much about the easy weave but said they sell a foam sheet. The sales associate talked to customer service about it, then informed me it was Eva foam. Mud Hole left no indication whatsoever that they would correct the issue. Paid 40$ for a product that after receiving it, I had to correct the issues of poor quality control. In Mud Hole’s defense it was more than likely a manufacturer’s quality control. I’ve gotten quality products in the past from Mud Hole, I’ll just start looking a little harder on future purchases..
