I have had nothing but frustration trying to stop these from slipping. I finally used a 3M spray glue which seems to work (let dry first). The good news is that they are aluminum so you can strip glue and reapply when needed. I am happier with the cheap version.
Needs a rougher finish. The blank slides when used. I had to rough up the finish with some Emory paper.

Very high quality. Fits a huge range of sizes even very small. I'm sure they will last forever.
These extensions can also be wrapped with sand paper to serve as small reamers.
They slide out of the blank easily so I wrap tape around them and that solves the problem for me
