This makes it much easier to look down the real seat to make sure your guides are perfect with the real seat and saves a lot of time not having to constantly try to eyeball it down the Reel seat center for perfectly straight aligned guides and lining up the Reel seat to the spine marked. I’m a beginner and this is help me out tremendously.

Looks like a good tool for lining up guides. Presently I’m in the process.
This tool is great for aligning split grips and making sure your insert isn’t to short for the reel foot. If you’re using split grips it’s one tool you should have.
