The CRB IS701MH Color Series blank brings an ideal 7'0" rod blank with a medium-heavy power and a mod/fast action to build the perfect all-around fishing rod for rivers and lakes, as well as inshore flats and mangroves.

Completely happy with the rod kit . Everything worked like it's supposed. I ordered the casting kit by mistake so I substituted the CRB casting real seat for a CRB spinning reel seat. Perfectly happy with it.
Bought this kit for my first build on my own after taking the beginner class.
Love it, great rod, casts great and very light.
My son got me this combo set for Fathers Day. This is the 4th rod we have built from Mud Hole. I told him we could make it any color he wanted as he is learning how to use a bait caster. He decided to go with Auburn colors. Projects not down yet, but building it is the best part.
