This rod is beyond awesome! I've landed 40+ pound stripers, doormat fluke, and big tautog with this rod. It'll bounce 4-6oz bucktails for fluke just as easily as launch a livelined adult bunker or fire a 1oz epoxy jig for albies. All around awesome MVP rod, I'm excited to see what I can do with the 12/20 I'm building!

I was looking for a serious blank for a 10000 series Shimano spinning reel and this blank is a perfect fit . More than enough lift on the back side with a soft tip was exactly what I wanted and it hit the nail on the head!
