7'6" Medium Inshore & Light Saltwater Rod Blank USA76M

Product Details

We have secured a USA Made OEM blank that will be a gem in both fresh and saltwater. This 7’6” blank brings a fast action with a medium power rating, offering a lightweight yet powerful option for both professional custom builders and hobbyists. The Toray Carbon Fiber promises durability, ensuring anglers a rod blank they can count on for years ahead. Ideal for an all-around spinning rod, its length suits inshore fisherman, catering to jig head and paddle tail combinations aimed at targeting redfish and trout effectively. Additionally, it makes an excellent bass rod for making long casts with topwater, flukes and single swimbaits.

Great feeling blank

Blank arrived quickly without issues. I built it up as a spinning rod with microwave guides and custom cork grip. Casts a mile. First outing caught a number of mid 20 speckled trout. Only draw back as it does not seem as sensitive as I thought or hoped it would be. The sj and ls blanks seem to pick up the light tap better. Not disappointed by any means

Not too bad for an inexpensive bay rod. The rod is light, so the model number is misleading. Definitely not a medium rod. Can't beat the sale price!

Confusing name

I thought this would be a medium inshore rod but it was much lighter than I expected. Looking forward to seeing whether it has the power I will need.
