CRB Advance Polymer Tip & Ferrule Cement

Watched the excellent video by Mud Hole on how to apply tip-top and fixed a broken rod on first attempt.

Used this to replace a damaged tip guide on a Fenwick HMG spinning rod. The cement stick should last me forever. Worth keeping some on hand. Recommended.

Used on 5 rods and have plenty

Even though this is the advanced tip adhesive, I have still had a total of 3 tips break lose after about 6 months of use. The adhesive was properly applied and the tip was properly set and sealed on the rod. Not sure why the adhesive keeps breaking lose other than simple wear on it. But it still shouldn’t break lose every 6 months.

I like the polymer tip and ferrule cement, in fact I like it so much
I use it for both rod tips and guide feet. It can sometimes be
a little tougher to remove if you get it in the wrong place but
not impossible. It's a great product for rod tips and guide feet and one less product I have to stock. Alan Armstrong
