Generation 4 Low Build Finish

Generation 4 Low Build Formula is terrific. Mix for 4 minutes using CRB epoxy mixer. Apply to two or three wraps liberally. Go back to the first wrap, warm (not heat) just until viscosity loosens, and allow excess to sag at the bottom of the wrap with the guide up. Wick off excess. Repeat for wraps two and three. Repeat for all guides, three at a time. Works wonderfully for me every time.

This is really good stuff. One of the two ingredients is colored and that helps with mixing. I use a barbecue rotisserie to turn the rod while I apply the mixture in the noontime and the finish came out great with no bubbles. It has a long life mixed before it starts to harden. This is my second batch and if I need more than this is the stuff I’m going to get

I use the low build formula for under wraps on double wrap guides. It works well just don't be in a hurry for an overwrap or an additional coat.
