Thin Finish Has A Great Look

I started using the low build ( new to rod Building)
I love the low profile, especially when I did a thinner lighter surf rod.
It doesn't have the football look that some rods get ( maybe skill also plays a factor I've only been building for a year and its just been 5 rods)
I've heard the low build gets into the thread better?
Not sure but I find it easier to use.

No issues here

Holds up good and stays clear even on white backgrounds.

One of the best

I have been using flex coat since i started building rods over 10 years ago. Love the stuff. With that being said I am still trying to figure out how to not have my finished product be wavy. It’s a lot better than it was in the beginning …but every so often I still get waves.!
Anyways great stuff otherwise .

Flex Coat high build finish

Have been using Flex Coat for several years. I tried Gen 4 and was not impressed with it. I went back to Flex Coat and that's where I'm staying. Roger at Flex Coat puts out a great product.
Thank you Mud Hole for carrying Flex Coat
