Extreme Reamer

Product Details

The greatest commercial reamer available. These versatile solid glass reamers are designed to work as a hand reamer for the delicate work or to be chucked up in your drill for jobs requiring a more heavy-duty approach. All Reamers come standard with 50 Grit abrasive. This and a 32 grit abrasive tape are available in 25 foot replacement rolls.

* Due to excessive heat generated by power reaming do not use the EXR-S under power.

Disappointed

The reamer is fine but I am very disappointed that they are not sold without the handle to save money, because I use my drill for reaming handles.

Extreme reamer

Works as advertised, I have 2 for grips in the .450 and .700 ranges. As I make mostly inshore saltwater and boat rods. These 2 reamers open my EVA grips up making building handles a lot easier.

Solid reamer.

Solid reamer. Works well. Use caution using with a hand drill as heat can cause the glue on the sandpaper tape to detach.

Broke 1st Use

The readers themselves are great, but the handle broke the first use. Not terribly impressed for what they cost. The good news is the metal insert that was in the handle works great for chucking into a 1/2" drill.

Quick work!

Sure does make this easier and more uniform!
