The guides are light and durable. I know that every cast will be the longest distance without friction.
This is the first time using the LZR lightweight guide set on a custom build. I matched them up with a MHX elite pro 7'3 MH along with a Tsuka 2 carbon handle. So far this is the best custom set up I've built. The guides are lightweight and built very well.
I really like these guide sets. I really like the performance and my customers also like the price point and reliability of these guides. I admit, I was skeptical of them at first, being a die hard Fuji guide kinda man. But after I tried them, I abused them with alot of fishing with braid line and fishing in really dirty water in the river. I have not seen any scoring of any sort on the rings. My son that fishes in Youth Bass Nation tournaments has said that he only wants these guides on all of his builds. That says alot when a 14 year old kid says that he would rather use something cheaper to not only have great performance and save money on a build. Way to go CRB for making a product that performs just as good if not the same as the higher priced guides.
The LZR guides are consistent and work great. Definitely have a new go to guide for all of my builds
