I ordered one of these in 2022 and built it, it quickly became my go to mid finesse rod. Throwing tubes and neds on it. Unfortunately I lost that one midway through the season in 23. So I just ordered it again and am stoked to get it built and get back to using my favorite rod again.
Great service and quality product and excellent customer service
This rod is not what the description states, the rod I received is a slow tip and had the tip size is 3 not 5. In the pic I provided you can see a considerable difference in tip size between the 3 & 5. This rod should be a blank for pan fishing not a pig n jig or spinner bait. I was substituting this for a 7ft medium mag taper, due to the availability. I am really disappointed with this blank and the description. I wouldn’t have purchased knowing this. I live in Texas and shipping back Florida would cost me even more. Hope the description get changed. This is the first time I have been disappointed with MH blanks.
Very lightweight blank but has great action.
Absolutely awesome action rod very parabolic bend for a extra fast action .Tons of back bone with tip cable of throwing a 3/16 jighead for sea trout of 1 1/2 jigs for stripers .Great do all rod and have caught stripers up to 47 inches on it so far.
