First glance, the blank is very light and the action seemed perfect. More to come after it is built.

Jerkbait rod

I bought this blank because the MLF in 6’6” has been out of stock for months! The rod turned out fine. My only complaint is the blank is advertised as having a butt dia of .480. Mine measured just under .420 so the blank does not have the butt strength that I was expecting, it handles a full size 110 jerkbait just fine.
