I use to use magnifying classes but had too be close to the rod. This allows me be further away and still get the full magnification. Easy to install and comes with a light.

Had an issue installing. Had to use a shorter ****. Other then that I like it. Does the job for me. I tried a light from Harbor Freight and just got in the way. This one I can place it how I want.
I was very disappointed, the lights are very dim and the lense was fuzzy to me,,I was better off with out it
This product is supposed to do two things: light up and magnify your work. The 2 LED lights are weak and useless. So weak I had to check to see if they were even illuminated. The magnifying lens is fuzzy and provides a very small area of magnification. I used this for maybe 10 minutes before removing it from my rod wrapper because my desk lamp and aging eyes worked better.
