Perfect for a 60s rod repair.

I bought this grip knowing it would need to be modified to make it work on my 1960s, Shakespeare, ultra-lite crappie rod. The item arrived and I was happy to see it would be perfect after the mods. It's high quality cork and the ID was very close to my rod's .350" OD at the butt. The length was longer than needed so it allowed me to custom fit the grip. All-n-all this was a great cork grip that allowed me to modify the OD to the required dimension, and modify the length. I definitly would buy one again.

Cork Handle

One tenon is to short for the butt cap requiring handle to be moved forward so that an additional arbor can be installed.
