The CRB Product team is bringing 3D printing technology to finished products. This tool is manufactured in-house at our Oviedo, FL facility using Ultracur3D® RG 1100 – a high-strength, polyurethane-based engineering grade resin with mechanical properties comparable to widely spread injection molding materials used in automotive and other demanding industries.
Included one wrong pic on the previous review. Would help if we could edit our reviews. The incorrect pic was from a modification of a CRB rod stand with Flexcoat roller wheels bolted to it to support bulky grips. Correct second roller guide pic is below.
When using a thread station that is on a parallel track, this rolling thread guide is very helpful. As you can see in the pics, I am able to get up close with my rod stand to stabilize the rod tip and have the tension I need on it up through the rolling guide while having the thread run in the direction I want it to. Pretty slick!

I got my thread roller a coue weeks ago. Worked good fo about a week. Now I'll be in the muddle of a run and it will get cockeyed and jam up in the track. It won't roll. Was great when it worked.
