Buzz and Mike did an awesome job with the class. Very patient and were willing to explain things multiple times until everyone inderstood. Just the materials sent for class/build were worth more than price of class. The knowledge these two provided us was invaluable. They also continue to answer calls/questions by email and phone after class. Thankyou to Buzz,Mike and Mudhole!

Even though I had built a few rods before I took the class, the instructors showed several new tips I had not known about.

Thanks Jesus and Curt for the wonderful class. They are very patient and knowledgeable. I'm not a handy person and feel nervous about the first build. But they made me feel relax during the class to build the rod. Whenever student has doubts about the process, they will repeatedly demonstrate and elaborate. I appreciate they kindly shared loads of information related to the rod building even some of them are out of the beginner class coverage.

You need to take this class! If you fish and want to understand the dynamics or how a custom rod performs, this is the class for you! Mike and Buzz make an excellent team at teaching rod building. They have the ability to go as deep or wide as you need them to cover the particulars of each concept of the build. They even have the ability to pull you into a one on one. The big win for me is this is not a one class and done unless you decide. after the class, they open the door to a weekly advance topic hosted by Mud Hole staff to Broaden your building knowledge. Great Job Guys!

Buzz and Mike are incredibly patient and highly informative I would highly recommended this class for all!!
