CRB 6'6" Medium Color Series Rod Blank - IS661M
They look nice. Little heavier than the good stuff, as expected. They were good enough to build on for some part time fishers in the family. I wanted to do theme rods and the colors really made that work. You get what you pay for. They are not bad though.
Made several of these for my wife for general purpose plugs/crank baits on our bass lake, and great rods for snapper. Took my nephew out for some summer action and he locked onto about a 20lb Ray (see video). Took us about 20 minutes, but as you can see in the video, the blank handles it all nicely. I can attest to the quality, weight and durability. 5 star all the way for this blank (I'm 6'6" tall...I prefer the 7' and 7'6", longer casts and 5 stars for them as well!
